Weekend Blockwalking

Saturday, July 19 – 9:30 a.m.Our most important need for volunteers right now is in our blockwalking program. Please take a couple of hours and join us Saturday morning for our weekend volunteer blockwalking event. We’ll meet at 9:30 for training, and walk from 10 until about noon.If you’ve never walked blocks before, don’t be afraid; it can be surprisingly easy and fun. We’ll train you first, and then we’ll head out into the neighborhoods.To walk with us, meet at the campaign office, 805 W. Magnolia Ave., at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Call us at 817-806-4440 so we can plan for your attendance.

“Eat & Greet” Volunteer Orientation Lunch

Saturday, July 19 – 12:45 p.m.Do you want to help elect Wendy Davis to the Texas State Senate, but you’re not sure where to start? Join us this Saturday for our “Eat & Greet” Volunteer Orientation Lunch.Meet us at the campaign office (805 W. Magnolia Ave.) at 12:45 p.m. You’ll have a chance to eat lunch with campaign staff, and learn more about all the different ways you can help us send Wendy to Austin in November.We couldn’t do what we do without our amazing volunteers… come join us Saturday, and make a real difference in our community.
